Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new unsecured business loan customers through field visits, referrals, and channel partners
  • Identify and approach MSMEs, traders, shop owners, and self-employed professionals
  • Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, tenure, and repayment structure
  • Collect, verify, and submit customer documentation (KYC, bank statements, GST, ITR, etc.)
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for timely loan approval
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets
  • Maintain daily activity reports and sales MIS
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines
  • Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals
