Job Description
The Broadband Field Boy is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting broadband internet connections at customer locations. The role requires field visits, customer interaction, and basic networking knowledge.
Install new broadband internet connections at customer premises.
Configure routers, modems, and Wi-Fi devices.
Perform cable laying, jointing, and network setup work.
Troubleshoot internet connectivity issues and resolve customer complaints.
Collect required documents from customers for new connections.
Coordinate with the technical support team regarding service issues.
