Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Coordinator located in Noida. The Export Coordinator will be responsible for handling export documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and managing export shipments. The role also involves customer service duties, including addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to export processes.

The job will consist of the following duties:

1.Preparation of drafts and Sending MBL Draft to Carrier & HBL Draft to Customer.

2. Coordination with the carrier for placing a booking and following up for confirmation.

3. Coordination with carriers for Invoice and arranging Liner Payments.

4. End to end coordination with customers, transporters and internal departments for smooth execution.

5. Overseas agent coordination for sending pre-alerts and raising debit notes.

6. Follow-up Vessel Connections and update to Customer/Agents.

7. AFR/AMS/ISF filing.

8. DSR sheet.

9. Working knowledge in carrier website, like SI submission, Form-13 and other works in ODEX

10. Good e-mail writing skills and fluency in hindi and english.
