Job Title: Sales Coordinator / Business Development Executive / Sales ExecutiveLocation: Sector-143B, Noida – 201305 (Near Noida Sector-143 Metro Station)

About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Sales Coordinator / Business Development Executive / Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, along with a passion for sales and business development.   • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate potential business opportunities through cold calling, cold emailing, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Qualify leads based on client requirements, budget, and conversion potential.
  • Conduct outbound calls to engage prospects and generate business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to address concerns, gather feedback, and provide updates on products and services.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects and leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems and Excel sheets.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, updates, and forecasts to the management team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
  • Experience in the Exhibition Industry will be given preference.
