Job Details:

* Role: Customer Support Executive (Email Process)

* Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Any 9-hour shift within the window)

* Week Off: Rotational

* Salary: Up to ₹17,000 (In-Hand)

Eligibility Criteria:

* Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Support is mandatory

* Only experienced candidates are eligible to apply

* Qualification: 10+2 or Graduate

* Good communication skills required

* Versant Level 4 or 5 is mandatory

Key Skills Required:

* Strong written communication skills (Email Handling)

* Attention to detail and accuracy

* Customer-centric approach

* Ability to manage queries efficiently within defined TAT

* Basic computer knowledge
