Email Support Executive – Roles & Responsibilities


  • Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests.
  • Provide accurate product/service information.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM/ticketing systems.
  • Follow up on pending customer concerns.
