Job Description:

Tech World Digital Solution is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of email tools, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Create and execute email marketing campaigns
• Design engaging email templates and content
• Manage mailing lists and audience segmentation
• Monitor campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions)
• Conduct A/B testing to improve results
• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and updates

Required Skills:-

• Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, etc.)
• Basic HTML/CSS for email templates
• Strong written communication skills
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Analytical mindset with reporting skills
• Attention to detail and time management

Experience:-

1–2 years experience in Email Marketing or Digital Marketing preferred
