An Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing information about courses/programs, handling inquiries, and converting leads into admissions.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
• Follow up with prospective students regarding admissions.
• Explain fee structure, scholarships, and course details.
• Maintain student database and update CRM records.
• Achieve admission and enrollment targets.
• Organize seminars, webinars, and admission events.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams.
