Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Education Counsellors to guide students regarding Online UG/PG programs and Study Abroad MBBS admissions. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, counselling abilities, and a passion for helping students choose the right career path.
- Key Responsibilities:Counsel students regarding Online UG/PG courses and Study Abroad MBBS opportunities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively
- Understand students’ academic background and suggest suitable programs/universities
- Explain admission procedures, eligibility, fees, and course details
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records
- Achieve admission and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the admission and operations team for smooth onboarding
- Build and maintain strong student relationships
- Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities
- Basic knowledge of Online Education and Study Abroad processes
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Preferred Skills:Experience in EdTech or Education Counselling
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
