Education Counse

It is a full-time, on-site Educational Counselor role based in Noida. The Educational Counselor will guide students through academic and career decisions, including program selection, course planning, and application processes. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assessing student interests and strengths, and recommending suitable educational options. The role involves organizing and participating in seminars, workshops, and orientation sessions for students and families. The Educational Counselor will maintain accurate records, follow up with students on their progress, and collaborate with internal teams to improve counseling services and communication materials. The role also includes staying updated on educational trends, institutions, and opportunities to provide current and relevant advice.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Educational Consulting and Education, with the ability to understand curricula, programs, and learning pathways.
• Demonstrated experience in Student Counseling, providing empathetic, structured guidance to learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in Career Counseling, including assessing interests and aptitudes and recommending appropriate career paths.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Ability to build trust, handle sensitive information confidentially, and manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
• Comfort using basic digital tools (e.g., MS Office, online forms, student databases) for reports and record-keeping.
• Prior experience in academic advising, school counseling, or educational services is preferred.

Salary

Upto 8 LPA (Max. 6.4 LPA Fixed)
