Job Description

The E-Commerce Operations Manager will be responsible for the complete day-to-day operational functioning of our fulfilment centre. This includes overseeing the packing team, ensuring timely order processing and dispatch across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho, managing Amazon FBA shipments, handling inbound and outbound inventory, verifying returns, and maintaining staff records. Taking full ownership of operational outcomes across all marketplace fulfilment channels.


Key Responsibilities


Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Oversee daily order processing across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho, ensuring all orders are packed and dispatched within the stipulated timeline
  • Allocate daily packing and order processing duties to each team member based on order volume and priority
  • Ensure packet count is verified and tallied before every handover to the logistics partner
  • Maintain dispatch accuracy and ensure zero discrepancy between orders picked and packets handed over


Packing Team Management

  • Supervise and manage a packing team of 10–12 members on a day-to-day basis
  • Ensure the team adheres to packing standards, quality norms, and timelines at all times
  • Address team performance issues promptly and maintain a productive and disciplined work environment
  • Plan daily workload distribution to ensure no bottlenecks during peak order periods


Amazon/Flipkart Management

  • Prepare FBA shipments including product labelling, boxing, and shipment creation on Amazon Seller Central
  • Coordinate inbound FBA inventory to Amazon fulfilment centres accurately and on time
  • Monitor FBA inventory levels, stranded inventory, and restock alerts on Seller Central
  • Reconcile FBA inventory regularly and raise cases for discrepancies or lost units with Amazon support


Meesho Operations

  • Manage end-to-end order processing and dispatch for Meesho Supplier Panel orders
  • Ensure Meesho-specific packing norms and labelling requirements are strictly followed
  • Monitor Meesho order defect rate, cancellation rate, and dispatch timelines
  • Handle Meesho returns and ensure accurate verification before acceptance


Returns Management

  • Oversee receipt and verification of all return shipments from Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho
  • Physically inspect and confirm returned products before authorising OTP release or return acceptance
  • Maintain accurate records of all returns, reasons for return, and product condition upon receipt
  • Coordinate with the e-commerce team for return-related claims and escalations on marketplace portals


Inventory Management

  • Manage inbound and outbound inventory on Unicommerce (Uniware) on a daily basis
  • Maintain accurate stock records and reconcile physical inventory with system data regularly
  • Monitor stock levels across all SKUs and proactively inform management when reorder thresholds are approaching
  • Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organisation of all products within the warehouse


Staff Administration

  • Maintain daily attendance records, leave tracking, and duty rosters for the packing and operations team
  • Plan staff availability to ensure adequate coverage during high-volume days, festivals, and peak seasons
  • Report staffing concerns or gaps to management in a timely manner


Candidate Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse management, or fulfilment centre management
  • Hands-on working experience with Unicommerce (Uniware) is mandatory
  • Hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA shipments and inbound planning
  • Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Supplier Panel operational workflows
  • Proven experience managing a ground-level team of 10 or more members
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in order verification, returns handling, and inventory reconciliation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintaining records and daily MIS reports
  • Mature, responsible individual with strong leadership and communication skills
  • Must be based in Noida or its immediate vicinity; daily on-site presence is essential
  • 6 days working (Mon - Sat)
