Job Title: e-Commerce Executive / e-Commerce Operations

Salary: ₹14,000–₹18,000 + up to ₹6,000 monthly performance incentive

Location: Sector 142, Noida

Experience: 2+ years

Job Type: Full-time / Work from Office

We are looking for a smart, confident and hardworking e-Commerce Operations Executive who is excellent with computers, communicates well in English and Hindi, and can quickly learn and manage our day-to-day order and office processes as below:

• Process daily orders across online platforms.
• Check orders carefully and ensure orders accuracy.
• Process returns, cancellations and missed/failed shipments.
• Handle customer queries related to orders, dispatch and delivery.
• Attend customer calls in English and Hindi and support chat communication.
• Coordinate with the team for order processing, packing and dispatch.
• Work on Excel and Google Sheets for expenses, cash reconciliation, records and other business data.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain basic records.
• Handle printing of invoices, labels and other documents.
• Take care of other day-to-day administrative and operational requirements as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience. Freshers should NOT apply.
• Excellent spoken and written English and confident Hindi communication.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software/platforms quickly.
• Typing speed of 35–50 WPM or above with good accuracy.
• Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, email and everyday computer applications.
• Smart enough to understand new processes quickly rather than requiring constant instructions.
• Reliable and punctual — orders cannot be missed because of late attendance or delays.
• Hardworking, responsible and willing to take ownership of daily work.
• Comfortable working in a small office and handling different responsibilities rather than expecting a narrowly defined job role.
