Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Amazon Account Manager to manage and grow our Amazon marketplace business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Amazon PPC, product listings, catalog management, inventory planning, and sales growth strategies. The candidate will be responsible for optimizing account performance, increasing revenue, and maintaining a healthy account.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central account.
  • Create, optimize, and update product listings with SEO-friendly titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
  • Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS, ACOS, CTR, and conversions.
  • Handle Amazon Brand Store, A+ Content, and Brand Registry updates.
  • Monitor account health and resolve listing suppressions, policy violations, and account-related issues.
  • Coordinate inventory planning to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.
  • Analyze sales reports, competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Manage product launches and promotional campaigns including Deals, Coupons, and Lightning Deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product images, content, pricing, and stock availability.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
  • Work towards achieving sales, profitability, and business growth targets.
  • Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
  • Experience in Amazon PPC campaign management and optimization.
  • Knowledge of Amazon SEO and product listing optimization.
  • Understanding of Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, and Brand Store.
  • Experience with inventory management and catalog operations.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
  • Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar Amazon tools will be an added advantage.
  • QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in Amazon Marketplace Management.
  • Preferred SkillsExperience managing multiple Amazon accounts or brands.
  • Knowledge of international Amazon marketplaces (US, UK, UAE, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Sales growth and revenue achievement.
  • ROAS and ACOS improvement.
  • Product ranking and organic visibility.
  • Listing quality and catalog accuracy.
  • Account health metrics.
  • Inventory management efficiency.
