E-Commerce Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce marketplaces and brand websites.
• Upload and maintain product listings, descriptions, images, pricing and inventory.
• Manage orders, returns, cancellations and customer queries.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, sales and accounts teams.
• Monitor sales, stock availability and product performance.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and marketplace MIS reports.
• Manage promotions, discounts and online campaigns.
• Improve product visibility, conversion and online sales.
• Coordinate product photography and content requirements.
• Monitor competitor pricing, products and market trends.
• Required Skills 5+ years of experience in E-Commerce, preferably in bags, fashion accessories, footwear or lifestyle products.
• Good knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho and brand websites.
• Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and e-commerce MIS.
• Experience with product listing, catalogue management and inventory.
• Understanding of SEO, keywords, marketplace ads and digital marketing.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and deadlines.
• Knowledge of Shopify / WooCommerce will be an advantage.
• Bags / Fashion Accessories / Lifestyle Product Knowledge
