* Improve Google search rankings and organic traffic.

* Manage Google Business Profile and local SEO.

* Explore AEO/GEO and AI-search optimisation.

### 📱 Social Media & Content

* Manage BlueAnt's presence across *Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube*.

* Create and manage content calendars.

* Develop financial education content, Reels, Shorts, blogs, and social posts.

* Build audience, engagement, and brand awareness.

* Develop YouTube SEO and content strategies.

### 🌐 Website & Lead Generation

* Improve website content, SEO, UX, and conversion rates.

* Create landing pages for campaigns.

* Develop digital lead-generation strategies.

* Work with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.

### 🎯 Paid Marketing

* Plan and optimise *Google Ads and Meta Ads* campaigns.

* Monitor CPL, conversions, lead quality, and ROI.

* Test audiences, creatives, landing pages, and campaigns.

### 📊 Analytics & Growth

* Track performance using *GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, Looker Studio, and other relevant tools*.

* Prepare monthly performance reports.

* Identify new digital growth opportunities and continuously optimise campaigns.

## Requirements

* *3–5 years* of hands-on digital marketing experience.

* Strong SEO and content marketing knowledge.

* Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

* Experience with social media and YouTube.

* Knowledge of website optimisation and CRO.

* Experience with GA4 and Search Console.

* Knowledge of *AEO/GEO and AI-powered marketing* is an advantage.

* Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills.

* Ability to independently plan, execute, and measure digital campaigns.
