Hiring: Digital Marketing Manager – Full-Time

Location: Noida

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday–Saturday | Sunday Off

Experience: Minimum 5 Years – Mandatory

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives on Successful Leads

We are looking for an experienced, result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager who can independently manage the complete digital marketing and online presence of a law office/law firm.

• Advanced Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis
• Google Ranking & Organic Traffic Growth
• Local SEO & Google Business Profile (GMB) Optimization
• Google Maps / Local Ranking Improvement
• Lead Generation & Lead Conversion Campaigns
• Google Ads / Google AdWords – Search & Lead Generation Campaigns
• Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram
• Creating, managing and optimizing high-performance paid campaigns
• Social Media Marketing & Management
• Website Management and basic website optimization
• Website SEO content planning and content optimization
• Content strategy, blog planning and SEO-friendly content
• Social media post/reel/banner/template creation
• Social media scheduling, posting and account management
• Google Analytics, Search Console and SEO/marketing reporting
• Tracking leads, conversions, campaign performance and ROI
• Competitor research and identifying new opportunities for growth
• Regular monitoring of website, Google Business Profile, social media and advertising performance
• Developing new digital marketing strategies to generate quality leads for legal services
• Managing the complete day-to-day digital marketing operations independently

• Good understanding of the legal services / professional services marketing environment will be an advantage

We are specifically looking for a 5+ years experienced all-round Digital Marketing Professional who can independently handle the complete online marketing operations, including SEO + Local SEO/GMB + Google Ads + Meta Ads + Lead Generation + Social Media + Website + Content + Online Business Management.

5 years of relevant experience is mandatory.

Your previous work experience will be verified through background/work verification.

Leave Policy

Sunday will be the weekly off.

For the first 6 months, paid leave will not be available except as per approved emergency situations. Any emergency leave will require prior approval.
