Digital Marketing Manager

About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, campaign optimization experience, and the ability to generate qualified leads/sales while maintaining target ROAS and CPL goals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
• Manage campaigns across:
• Search Ads
• Display Ads
• YouTube Ads
• Facebook Ads
• Instagram Ads
• Remarketing Campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for:
• ROAS
• CPL
• CPA
• CTR
• Conversion Rate
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Create ad copies, campaign structures, and A/B testing strategies.
• Track conversions using:
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Meta Pixel
• Google Tag Manager
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights.
• Coordinate with design/content teams for creatives and landing pages.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively and improve campaign efficiency.
• Required Skills2+ years of hands-on experience in Google & Meta Ads.
