We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital growth initiatives, strengthen brand visibility, and drive customer acquisition across channels The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the overall digital marketing strategy for Fidore Health. This role requires a blend of brand-building, performance marketing, content strategy, analytics, and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate should have experience scaling healthcare, wellness, D2C, or consumer-focused brands through data-driven digital campaigns.

  • Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and lead the end-to-end digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Build annual and quarterly digital growth plans focused on customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Identify new digital growth opportunities, partnerships, and marketing channels.
  • Collaborate closely with founders, sales, product, and operations teams.
  • Performance MarketingLead paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Optimize CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead generation funnels.
  • Manage media budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Scale performance campaigns while maintaining profitability.
  • Brand & Content MarketingDrive brand awareness and positioning through content-led campaigns.
  • Oversee website content, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and video marketing.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Build thought leadership initiatives for healthcare audiences.
  • SEO & Website GrowthLead SEO strategy to improve organic visibility and website traffic.
  • Optimize website user journeys, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
  • Work with design and development teams to improve website performance and UX.
  • Analytics & ReportingEstablish KPIs and dashboards for all digital marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM dashboards, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Team ManagementBuild, mentor, and lead the digital marketing team.
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendor relationships.
  • Foster a performance-oriented and innovative marketing culture.
  • Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 6–10+ years of experience in digital marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, and social media.
  • Experience working in healthcare, wellness, pharmaceutical, D2C, or consumer brands is preferred.
  • Proven track record of scaling digital growth and managing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred SkillsExperience with healthcare compliance and regulated marketing environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
