Digital Marketing Executive

* Plan, execute, and optimize *Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns* to generate quality leads.

* Create and manage *lead generation campaigns* with a focus on maximizing conversions and reducing Cost Per Lead (CPL).

* Handle the company's *social media platforms* (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) by planning and publishing engaging content.

* Coordinate and create *marketing creatives*, including banners, social media posts, ad creatives, and promotional materials.

* Design basic marketing creatives using *Canva, Photoshop, or similar graphic design tools.* (Preferred)

* Monitor campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and prepare regular performance reports.

* Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies to improve results.

* Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

* Manage and optimize the company's *Google Business Profile (GBP/GMB)* to improve local visibility and customer engagement. (Optional)

* Perform *basic SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and local SEO to improve search rankings. *(Optional)

* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and advertising best practices.

* Ensure all digital marketing activities align with the company's branding and business objectives.
