Job Description
Job SummaryWe are hiring Debt Recovery Agents (DRA) to recover overdue payments through professional communication while maintaining positive customer relationships. Candidates should have 1–5 years of experience in collections/recovery and strong negotiation skills.
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers regarding overdue payments.
- Negotiate and resolve outstanding dues.
- Follow RBI and company compliance guidelines.
- Update collection status in the system.
- Achieve monthly recovery targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for case resolution.
- Maintain professional and customer-friendly communication.
