About the RoleRadical Minds is hiring a DRA Certified Debt Recovery Agent for its Noida (Sector 57) office. The role involves outbound calling for collections/recovery processes in line with RBI/banking compliance guidelines, requiring a valid Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) certification.

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle

• outbound calls for collections/recovery on assigned accounts/portfolio
• Follow up with customers on overdue payments and negotiate resolution/settlement within defined guidelines
• Maintain accurate call and disposition records in the system
• Ensure 100% adherence to RBI/company compliance and code-of-conduct norms for debt recovery
• Meet daily/monthly collection and resolution targets
• Escalate high-risk or non-cooperative cases as per process SOP
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy while dealing with customers, even in difficult conversations

Required Qualifications

• Valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification — Mandatory
• Minimum 6 months of experience in collections, telecalling, or BPO (voice process)
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM/dialer tools)
• Ability to work target-driven, in a fast-paced environment
• Graduate/12th pass (as per process requirement)
• Preferred SkillsPrior experience in banking/NBFC/fintech collections process
• Familiarity with dialer/CRM systems used in collections
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
