Qualification -- Graduation

Eligibility: Min 6 Months Experience .

Job Responsibility --

·   Handling basic customer queries related to Products and providing customer resolution.

. Resolve Customer queries through phone Call.

·    Providing support to Domestic (Indian) customers

·    Willingness to work in Rotational Shift

. Addressing consumer problems and suggesting an efficient solution with empathy and professionalism.

. Proven customer service experience or related role.

. Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.

. Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone call.
