Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the Customer Support Associate role.
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: 0–6 months of relevant experience preferred
Shift Timings: Rotational 9-hour shifts between 6 AM and 12 AM
(Day shift for females).
Eligibility: Undergraduate and graduate candidates
Requirements:
- Good verbal communication skills (V-4 level)
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude and willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Ability to handle customer queries effectively
