Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will act as the first point of contact for our customers. The role involves assisting customers with their queries, providing service-related information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout their journey with Laundrywala.


The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams whenever required.


Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through Calls, WhatsApp, Chat, and Email.

• Assist customers with order-related questions and service information.

• Provide updates regarding pickups, deliveries, and order status.

• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

• Coordinate with the Operations Team whenever support is required.

• Follow up on customer requests and pending issues.

• Assist customers with booking, rescheduling, or cancellation requests.

• Collect customer feedback and share it with the concerned team.

• Maintain basic records of customer interactions when required.

• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience at every stage.


Requirements

• 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Good Hindi communication skills.

• Basic English communication skills.

• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach.

• Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
