Job Title: International Customer Support Executive
ProcessVerizon – International Voice Process
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 Year of Experience in International Voice Process
- Salary DetailsCTC: Up to ₹4.4 LPA
- In-Hand Salary: ₹28,500 per Month
- Cab Deduction: ₹500 per Month
- Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): Up to ₹4,000 per Month
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist international customers with queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Deliver excellent customer experience while maintaining quality standards.
- Understand customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain productivity and performance metrics as per company standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
