Job Description

Job Title: International Customer Support Executive

ProcessVerizon – International Voice Process

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 1 Year of Experience in International Voice Process
  • Salary DetailsCTC: Up to ₹4.4 LPA
  • In-Hand Salary: ₹28,500 per Month
  • Cab Deduction: ₹500 per Month
  • Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): Up to ₹4,000 per Month


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Assist international customers with queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience while maintaining quality standards.
  • Understand customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain productivity and performance metrics as per company standards.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process.
  • Excellent verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
  • Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
