Job Role: Inbound Credit Card Officer – Kotak 811

Role Overview:

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking dynamic, customer-oriented professionals for the role of Inbound Credit Card Officer (Kotak 811). The role primarily involves handling inbound customer interactions, resolving queries, and promoting digital banking solutions while achieving cross-selling targets.


Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls related to Kotak 811 accounts, credit cards, and digital banking services 

• Provide accurate information on product features, benefits, and usage 

• Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction 

• Achieve defined cross-selling targets by promoting relevant banking products 

• Maintain and update customer records in internal systems 

• Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of customer queries 

• Handle customer concerns efficiently and escalate when required 

• Support inbound operations along with sales-oriented activities

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate (mandatory) 

• Experience: Minimum relevant experience required (freshers are not eligible) 

• Age Limit: 20 to 30 years 

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English 

• Gap Criteria: No employment gap exceeding 6 months 

Work Schedule:

• Flexible to work in a 24/7 environment 

• Female Candidates: Day shifts between 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM 

• Rotational weekly offs (8 days per month) 

• Open to working on Sundays and public holidays

Compensation:

• Salary up to ₹4,30,000 CTC per annum 

• Final compensation will depend on interview performance and experience 

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Customer service and problem-solving abilities 

• Sales and cross-selling aptitude 

• Basic understanding of banking products and digital services
