Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer queries via WhatsApp, calls, and chat.

Guide customers through product selection, pricing, and order details to secure bookings.

Handle complaints professionally with empathy and swift resolutions.

Provide feedback to ads/marketing on lead quality and performance.

Retarget previous customers using order history for repeat business.

Maintain Excel trackers for follow-ups, conversions, and reporting.
