Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via calls to provide information about renewable energy products and services.

· Advise customers on suitable renewable energy solutions based on their needs.

· Generate and qualify leads for the sales representative

· Pitch products and services effectively to potential customers.

· Handle customer queries and provide timely support and assistance.

· Transfer calls to team leaders when required.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

· Share customer feedback with internal teams to improve products and services. 

Requirement

Excellent communication skills with strong English proficiency and grammar.

· Good listening skills with a patient and customer-friendly approach.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

· Ability to handle calls professionally and efficiently.

· Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
