Job Overview

We are hiring for a leading banking process for the role of Customer Support Executive (Inbound Voice Process). The role involves handling customer queries and providing resolution while identifying opportunities for upselling banking products/services.

Key Responsibilities

·        Handle inbound customer calls related to banking queries

·        Provide accurate information & resolution to customers

·        Maintain high customer satisfaction & service quality

·        Identify opportunities for upselling / cross-selling

·        Maintain proper call records in CRM systems

Eligibility Criteria

·        Graduation mandatory in Non-Technical streams only (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc Non-IT)

·        B.Tech / BE / MCA / BCA (IT) candidates are NOT eligible

·        Freshers & experienced both can apply

·        Good communication skills (English + Hindi) required

Job Details

·        Location: Noida

·        Shift: Day / Rotational

·        Salary: 17,500 25,000 + Incentives

·        Process: Inbound Voice (Banking)
