Freshers- 18000 CTC, 17300 in hand
Experienced- 20000 CTC, 19300 in hand
Job Summary:
Radical Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives who possess excellent communication and convincing skills. The ideal candidate should be able to handle customer queries efficiently, provide accurate information, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior experience in customer support/BPO will be an advantage.
