Job Description

  • Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and service requests related to home appliance repair.
  • Create and update service tickets in the CRM/service management system.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians/service partners.
  • Search, identify, and onboard qualified technicians/service partners in new locations as per service requirements.
  • Build and maintain a network of reliable service technicians across different cities and regions.
  • Allocate service jobs to suitable technicians based on location, availability, and expertise.
  • Track repair jobs and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Follow up on pending, rescheduled, and completed service requests.
  • Coordinate with spare parts and operations teams for repair requirements.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally; escalate unresolved issues when required.
  • Monitor technician performance, turnaround time (TAT), and customer feedback.
  • Maintain an updated database of technicians, service partners, and service coverage.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, service logs, and call details.
  • Ensure service requests are closed within defined SLAs.
  • Collect customer feedback after service completion.
  • Prepare daily service follow-up and status reports.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
