Job Description

Blended Customer Service Executive (Voice, Chat & Email) – Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, chat, and email.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Respond to customer emails and chats within defined SLA timelines.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
  • Meet productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence targets.
  • Ensure professional communication across all channels (voice, chat, and email).
  • Comply with company policies, processes, and data security guidelines.
  • Assist in customer retention and relationship-building activities.
  • Stay updated on process changes, products, and service offerings.
