Job Description
Blended Customer Service Executive (Voice, Chat & Email) – Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, chat, and email.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Respond to customer emails and chats within defined SLA timelines.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Meet productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence targets.
- Ensure professional communication across all channels (voice, chat, and email).
- Comply with company policies, processes, and data security guidelines.
- Assist in customer retention and relationship-building activities.
- Stay updated on process changes, products, and service offerings.
