Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and well-spoken Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries and provide assistance through text-based communication (Instagram, WhatsApp and other online platforms).


Key Responsibilities


* Handle customer queries related to orders, payments, shipping and delivery updates.

* Manage order-related concerns, including delayed orders, tracking details and dispatch status.

* Handle exchange and return requests as per company policies.

* Generate and issue gift cards/store credits wherever applicable.

* Assist customers with order modifications, cancellations and other order-related concerns as per company guidelines.

* Maintain proper records of customer complaints, exchanges, returns and gift card issuance.

* Coordinate with the production, dispatch and accounts teams to resolve customer queries.

* Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of customer complaints.

* Maintain professional, polite and clear communication with customers.

* Handle high volumes of customer messages efficiently, especially during festive and sale seasons.
