• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound/outbound customer calls and build strong customer relationships.
• Promote and upsell banking products and services.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain service quality.
• Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
• Eligibility CriteriaFresh graduates can apply.
• Undergraduates with 6–9 months of relevant experience are eligible.
• Age: 18–30 years.
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and calling process.
• Customer-centric approach with strong sales and convincing skills.
• Salary & BenefitsFreshers: ₹17,500 per month
