Responsibilities:
Provide international Customer Service & Technical service through voice support( Related to Modem, Broadband , Router, IP, DNS Troubleshooting).
Offer technical support to customers.
Demonstrate strong communication skills.
Qualifications:
BE , BTECH OR (ANY) Graduate Fresher with Excellent communication skills with Technical Mindset.
