CRM Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Pipeline Management: Oversee the lead-to-close journey across multiple channels (WhatsApp, web, and social media).
• Team Coaching: Train sales reps on the CRM platform, objection handling, and proper lead dispositioning.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and automate follow-up sequences for faster deal closures.
• Reporting: Generate dashboards to track individual and team performance against monthly targets. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team targets and conversion metrics.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in CRM tools (TATA tally and Bitrix CRM).
• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in direct sales, tele-sales, inside sales, or Strong B2C sales techniques and objection handling.
• Data-driven analytical skills to evaluate and improve performance.
• Leadership, rostering, and team motivation.
