CRM Manager

Job SummaryWe are looking for a CRM Manager with experience in the real estate sector to manage our CRM system, improve business processes, and coordinate with the software development team for new features and system enhancements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the real estate CRM system.
• Ensure accurate lead, customer, booking, and inventory data.
• Gather business requirements and prepare software requirement documents.
• Coordinate with software developers for CRM updates, new features, and bug fixes.
• Monitor sales workflows, lead allocation, and follow-up processes.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Train staff on CRM usage and ensure process compliance.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Requirements2–5 years of experience in Real Estate CRM.
• Good understanding of CRM software and sales processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of CRM platforms is preferred.
• Ability to work with software developers to implement business requirements.
