CRM Manager

Job Title: CRM Manager – Inside Sales & CRM Operations

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Inside Sales and CRM Operations team.

Monitor daily lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversion performance.

Ensure all customer interactions and sales activities are accurately updated in the CRM system.

Track team KPIs, sales productivity, and lead response time.

Coordinate with the Digital Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure smooth lead flow.

Analyze CRM reports and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.

Identify process improvements to increase lead conversion and operational efficiency.

Train and guide CRM Executives and Inside Sales teams on CRM usage and sales processes.

Eligibility:

Graduate/MBA with experience in CRM Operations, Inside Sales, or Sales Management.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Strong knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, and reporting tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Salary:
