Position: Executive- CRM

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in maintaining MIS and closely work for Preparation of Final work Report.

• Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and high service quality standards - Consistency in experience backed up by constant monitoring and necessary enhancements.

• Co-ordinating with the internal partners and middle office teams for the process improvement & updating the MIS report logic's.

• Responsible for Cheques validation, Sales Order, Generation, Customer Master, Material, Debit & Credit Note creation.

• Resolving customer queries, preparing ledgers and addressing the issues highlighted by the customers through call.

• Managing post booking customer services till delivery /possession stage.

• Coordinating with Accounts Department for Collection of payment dues, against demands generated. 

Require Candidate Profile:

• Must have Good MIS and Analytics skills.

• Excellent in Customer & data management system.

• Must have experienced in Real Estate Industry.
