Job Description (JD) – CRM Executive
Company: Sikka Group
Position: CRM Executive
Location: Noida / Greater Noida / Delhi (or as applicable)
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months of experience in CRM or Real Estate Industry
About the Role
Sikka Group is seeking a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, ensure seamless communication, and provide excellent post-sales support. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in CRM operations or the real estate sector and possess strong communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system accurately.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, legal, and project teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Manage post-sales customer engagement and relationship-building activities.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, customer databases, and follow-up records.
- Track customer feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in documentation, agreement processing, possession-related activities, and customer communications.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and CRM processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in CRM, Customer Service, or Real Estate CRM.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer database management.
- Ability to handle customer escalations professionally.
