Job Description (JD) – CRM Executive

Company: Sikka Group

Position: CRM Executive

Location: Noida / Greater Noida / Delhi (or as applicable)

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months of experience in CRM or Real Estate Industry

About the Role

Sikka Group is seeking a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, ensure seamless communication, and provide excellent post-sales support. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in CRM operations or the real estate sector and possess strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system accurately.
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, legal, and project teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Manage post-sales customer engagement and relationship-building activities.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports, customer databases, and follow-up records.
  • Track customer feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in documentation, agreement processing, possession-related activities, and customer communications.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and CRM processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in CRM, Customer Service, or Real Estate CRM.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer database management.
  • Ability to handle customer escalations professionally.
