Job Profile: HDFC Credit Card Sales Officer (Swiggy Co-Branded Focus)

• Role Overview: Field or branch-based sales roles tasked with generating leads, cross-selling, and acquiring new customers for HDFC Bank's premium and co-branded credit cards like the Swiggy HDFC Credit Card. [1]
• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calling, corporate visits, branch walk-ins, and catching customers in targeted catchment areas.
• Application Processing: Meet with potential customers, assist them in filling out applications, verify necessary documents (Aadhaar, PAN, income proofs, bank statements), and ensure swift processing.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sourcing and conversion targets set by the branch management.
• Activation & Cross-Sell: Ensure the card is successfully delivered and activated, while cross-selling other financial products (loans, insurance, CASA)
