Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook dishes according to recipes, menus, and quality standards.
- Ensure proper portion sizes, presentation, taste, and consistency.
- Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, seasoning, and storing them appropriately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Monitor food inventory and inform the supervisor when supplies are running low.
- Properly store and label food items to minimize waste and maintain freshness.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Assist with menu preparation and daily kitchen operations as required.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain efficient use of ingredients.
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
