About the Role
PraharX Technologies is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage daily computer-related tasks, data entry, documentation and office records.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Manage documents, files and office data.
- Work with MS Word, MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Update and maintain company databases.
- Handle emails, reports and basic internet-related tasks.
- Check data for accuracy and correct errors.
- Support the team with daily computer and administrative tasks.
- Maintain the confidentiality of company information.
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic email and internet handling skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
