💼 Job Role:

We are hiring Recovery & Collection Agents responsible for handling customer accounts, follow-ups, and ensuring timely payment collections.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders

Handle overdue/collection cases professionally

Negotiate and convince customers for timely payments

Maintain records of calls and payment updates

Achieve daily/monthly collection targets

🎯 Eligibility Criteria:

DRA Certified & Non-DRA candidates can apply

Freshers & Experienced both eligible

Basic communication & convincing skills required

Comfortable with calling process

💰 Salary Details:

Freshers: ₹13,000 (In-hand)

Experienced: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (In-hand)
