Collection Executive / Officer

Collections Executive (BPO) – Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contact customers regarding overdue payments.
• Follow up on outstanding dues through calls, emails, or messages.
• Negotiate and secure payment commitments from customers.
• Resolve customer queries related to billing and payments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and prioritize follow-ups.
• Escalate unresolved or high-risk cases to the concerned team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.
• Maintain professional and positive customer relationships.
• Update CRM systems with call outcomes and payment commitments.
• Prepare and share collection performance reports when required.
