Collection Executive / Officer

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for overdue payments through calls and Chat.
• Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding collection status.
• Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
• Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Prior experience in collections, recovery, telecalling, or customer service is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
