CNC Operator

· Operate CNC routing and drilling machines for modular furniture manufacturing.

· Read and understand technical drawings, cutting lists, and production specifications.

· Load and unload MDF, plywood, particle board, and other panel materials onto the CNC machine.

· Set machine parameters and tooling according to production requirements.

· Run CNC programs and monitor machine operations to ensure dimensional accuracy.

· Inspect finished components for size, edge quality, drilling accuracy, and overall finish.

· Replace and maintain cutting tools, drill bits, and router cutters as required.

· Perform routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance.

· Identify and report machine faults or production issues to the maintenance team or supervisor.

· Follow quality control procedures and maintain production records.

· Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and use appropriate PPE.
