Job SummaryStar Media Network Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and customer-focused Client Relationship Executives (CREs) to manage inquiries, counsel clients, maintain relationships, and convert leads into admissions and business opportunities. The role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and a client-centric approach.
- Key ResponsibilitiesClient Handling & CounselingAttend inbound inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
- Explain company services, programs, courses, and opportunities to clients.
- Counsel parents, students, aspiring artists, and creators regarding suitable programs.
- Build trust and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead ManagementFollow up with prospective clients on a regular basis.
- Update lead status in CRM software.
- Schedule auditions, counseling sessions, and meetings.
- Ensure timely lead conversion.
- Admission & Sales SupportGuide clients through the admission and enrollment process.
- Explain package details, scholarship benefits, and payment options.
- Achieve assigned admission and business targets.
- Coordinate with operations and accounts teams for smooth onboarding.
- Client ServicingMaintain regular communication with existing clients.
- Resolve client concerns and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- ReportingMaintain daily call reports and follow-up records.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Update management regarding lead status and conversions.
- Required SkillsExcellent Hindi communication skills
- Basic English communication skills
- Strong convincing and counseling abilities
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- EligibilityGraduate / Undergraduate
- Freshers with good communication skills may apply
- Experience in telecalling, counseling, admissions, sales, customer service, or relationship management preferred
