About Crazistudio


Crazistudio is a premium content creation and personal branding company helping founders, entrepreneurs, doctors, coaches, creators and businesses build their brand through podcasts, reels, YouTube videos and social media content.


We’re looking for a confident, energetic and persuasive sales professional who enjoys talking to people, building relationships and converting enquiries into long-term clients.


Key Responsibilities


* Contact leads generated through Meta Ads, Instagram, website, referrals and other marketing channels.

* Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable content and branding solutions.

* Explain Crazistudio’s services including podcasts, reels, video production and content packages.

* Book studio visits, discovery calls and consultation meetings.

* Follow up consistently until the lead is converted.

* Maintain accurate records in the CRM.

* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a seamless client experience.

* Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.


Desired Candidate Profile


* 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development or Client Relationship roles.

* Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English communication will be an added advantage).

* Confident, energetic and customer-focused personality.

* Strong persuasion, negotiation and follow-up skills.

* Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp and Microsoft Excel.

* Interest in digital marketing, content creation and social media is preferred.


Daily Expectations


* 60–80 quality outbound calls.

* Prompt follow-up on all assigned leads.

* Book qualified meetings and studio visits.

* Maintain complete CRM updates.

* Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.


Performance Incentive


In addition to the fixed salary of ₹20,000 per month, attractive monthly performance incentives of up to ₹20,000 will be paid based on achievement of sales and revenue targets.
