Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Follow-up Executive to manage customer interactions, handle queries, and ensure timely follow-ups. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with customers to provide updates and ensure issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up activities.
- Provide customers with correct information regarding company services and processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments for effective resolution of customer issues.
- Monitor customer requests and ensure closure within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
- Achieve assigned performance targets related to customer satisfaction and service quality.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling abilities.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; CRM software knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Customer-centric mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0β4 years of experience in Customer Support, Client Servicing, Telecalling, or Follow-up roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
